Arch Telecom has signed a definitive agreement to acquire California Wireless locations effective June 1, 2021. On behalf of our entire team I would like to welcome you all to the Arch Family. The last few months have been challenging for everyone with the worldwide pandemic, and for all of you with the Sprint/T-Mobile merger and the uncertainty it created for California Wireless. I want to reassure you that in our 28-year history we have encountered many challenges and have continued to evolve and grow despite them.
I have always held California Wireless in very high regard. We truly appreciate your high sales productivity which we believe reflects your amazing company culture and team spirit. I firmly believe that there will be tremendous synergy created from our two companies coming together – providing stability and a path forward.
Acquisitions are typically met with a certain degree of apprehension and for that reason we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved. It is our intent to retain all front-end employees.

Eligibility begins on August 1, 2021 ( or after 90 days of employment).
Orientation Sessions and Enrollment with Arch: We have a total of 4 sessions scheduled for your Orientation and enrollment (In your California Wireless Inbox). Please bring the necessary documents required to establish your identity and employment authorization.
